At Waaseya, we take pride in creating fresh, all-natural products in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our formulations and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong item(s), please contact us at [your email address] within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.

🌿 Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Items

Our products are made with fresh, preservative-free ingredients. Some require refrigeration upon arrival, and we are unable to guarantee their condition after shipping, especially in hot climates or during transit delays. By purchasing, you accept the risk that some products may not arrive in ideal condition due to factors beyond our control.

🔁 All Sales Final

To ensure product safety and maintain quality standards, all sales are final unless the product is proven defective upon arrival.
