1. Do your products require refrigeration? Yes — many of our products are made with fresh, all-natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives, so refrigeration is recommended to maintain freshness and extend shelf life.
2. How long do your products last? Our products typically last 3 to 6 months depending on the item. Each product includes a best-before date. Proper storage (cool, dark place or refrigeration) will help preserve freshness.
3. Can you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that your country may charge customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. What happens if my order arrives damaged or spoiled? If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or unusable, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Note: We can’t guarantee condition after long transit or exposure to heat.
5. Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our formulations are gentle and plant-based, but everyone's skin is different. We always recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
6. Are Waaseya products organic? While not certified organic, we use high-quality, ethically sourced natural ingredients, many of which are wildcrafted or locally grown.
7. Do you use any synthetic fragrances or preservatives? No. We only use natural essential oils, hydrosols, and botanical extracts. Our preservatives are plant-based (like Leucidal) to support freshness without harsh chemicals.
8. Can I return or exchange my product? Due to the perishable and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right — just reach out within 3 days of delivery.
